Atlanta Workers’ Compensation Attorney – What Does It Mean When The Adjuster Tells Me They Have Denied My Claim?

If you’ve been advised that an adjuster has denied your claim or they’ve told you they are denying your claim, that means that they are not accepting responsibility for either any of the wreck, or they’re only accepting partial responsibility for the wreck so they could be denying part of the claim versus all of the claim.

What does that mean to you?  That means that based upon the information you have provided the insurance adjuster or the police officer and the police report they believe that you are partially to blame for your automobile accident.

Therefore, if the insurance adjuster says that you are 30 percent at fault, that means any medical bills that you acquire or obtain as a result of your medical treatment from the automobile accident, will be 30 percent your responsibility.  In other words, you will have to pay a part of the claim.

Sometimes, the insurance adjusters will take an aggressive stance and say that you are partially to blame even if it’s not clear that you are.  That is why is so vitally important that you do not give a recorded statement until you have determined if in fact you need to give one.

So how do you determine if you need to give a recorded statement?  One of the first things I would do is before you call the insurance company, or before you call any attorney, order our special free report The Seven Secrets That Could Destroy Your Georgia Car Wreck Claim.

This document will provide you information on what to expect, why the adjusters are asking you the questions they’re asking, and how to prevent destroying your claim before you get started.

The adjusters are not your friends as much as they may appear to be very friendly their job is pure and simple to keep the insurance company from paying money.  That is why it is not a good idea if you’re in a serious accident to speak directly with the adverse party or in this case the insurance company.

To get our free special report The Seven Secrets That Could Destroy Your Georgia Car Wreck Claim contact my office, provide your name and your address we will mail it to you with no obligation.  All you have to do is say I want your free special report on car wrecks and give us your name and address and we will send it to you.  Call today at 770‑948‑5454.

  • Awesome Lawyer and very helpful!

  • Mr. Wilson is truly a very good person who cares about people. I understand he selected this career but I do know he makes many sacrifices to help he’s clients. I am very grateful to have had him as my attorney and if I ever have to use one again (hopefully not) it will be Mr. Wilson.

  • He worked with me. He told me everything. He called me. He gave me all the information.

  • He will be my family lawyer from now until the end because I can trust him.

  • He's just a great guy.

  • He always calls you right back and even if it's on the weekend - he's going to call you back.
