5 Year Old Boy Falls Down Elevator Shaft in Dekalb County, Georgia.

5 year old boy escaped serious injury after falling 12-15 feet down a Marta station elevator shaft according to Eric Jackson of the Dekalb County Fire Captain.  According to Mr. Jackson the boy was on the second floor of the station leaning up against the elevator door when unexpectedly the door came open and the boy fell down the elevator shaft onto the elevator car.

The 5 year old boy was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta released.

An agency investigation is still pending according to Marta representative Cara Hodgson.  Story from Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Clearly there are several questions still unanswered as it relates to this fall.  It will be important for the family to seek out counsel and determine what their rights are for the minor 5 year old boy.

  • Awesome Lawyer and very helpful!

  • Mr. Wilson is truly a very good person who cares about people. I understand he selected this career but I do know he makes many sacrifices to help he’s clients. I am very grateful to have had him as my attorney and if I ever have to use one again (hopefully not) it will be Mr. Wilson.

  • He worked with me. He told me everything. He called me. He gave me all the information.

  • He will be my family lawyer from now until the end because I can trust him.

  • He's just a great guy.

  • He always calls you right back and even if it's on the weekend - he's going to call you back.
