Three Children Mauled by Pack of Dogs

This is a horrible story reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, where three children ages 5, 7 and 8 were mauled by a pack of 5 dogs who dug out of their yard.  The breeds of the dogs were mastiffs and pit bull mixes.

The 5 year was seriously injured suffering a punctured lung, broken ribs and numerous bites.  Her seven year old brother remains hospitalized after requiring 237 staples to repair the damage sustained to his leg from the attack.

Shortly after the accident the police found the dogs near their home, when the police found the dogs, they turned on the police and the police was forced to shoot one of dogs who attempted to attack him.

The dogs are currently being quarantined until the rabies test results come back.

The dogs owner could be cited for failure to properly confine their pets.  No citations have been issued at this time and the dog owner is cooperating with the police investigation.

This family needs to do everything possible to get these children back to a normal routine make sure their injuries are properly treated and seek the counsel of an attorney to determine their legal rights.

  • Awesome Lawyer and very helpful!

  • Mr. Wilson is truly a very good person who cares about people. I understand he selected this career but I do know he makes many sacrifices to help he’s clients. I am very grateful to have had him as my attorney and if I ever have to use one again (hopefully not) it will be Mr. Wilson.

  • He worked with me. He told me everything. He called me. He gave me all the information.

  • He will be my family lawyer from now until the end because I can trust him.

  • He's just a great guy.

  • He always calls you right back and even if it's on the weekend - he's going to call you back.
