What Happens If A Jury Awards an Amount Over the Insurance Policy Limits?

As such if you have any personal assets at all you want to make sure one you drive carefully and within the law.

It would be prudent to provide liability insurance coverage for as much as you can afford to protect you and your family in case you are involved in a catastrophic or fatal motor vehicle collision.

If you are not sure about your coverage and would like a review of your policy, we feel it is so vitally important if you are going to operate a vehicle on the roadway you need know your coverage and protect your family.  We feel so strongly about knowing your insurance coverage, we will waive our hourly fee and will speak with you for free about your insurance coverage and make recommendations on your automobile insurance coverage based upon our experience in representing people who have been seriously injured.
