Atlanta Car Accident Lawyer | Tattnall County Wreck Kills One

According to an article in the Savannah Morning News on, a Georgia National Guardsman was killed in a wreck on Thursday involving a school bus.

Sgt. Steven M. Coghlan, 30-years-old, from Glennville was killed after his vehicle and a Tattnall County school bus collided. The bus was turning left on Hwy 144 from Joe Kennedy Road when the wreck occurred. Per the article, both Coghlan’s car and the bus caught fire.

The article also states that a preliminary investigation into the crash showed that the bus failed to yield the right of way when it turned onto Hwy 144.  An investigation by the Fort Stewart police is pending.
