According to an article on Examiner.com, a 34-year-old man died following a car accident Monday afternoon in Marietta.
Delaney Floyd, from Kennesaw, passed away at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital from injuries sustained in the wreck. Floyd was northbound on I-75 near South Marietta Parkway when his Jeep and a Dodge pickup truck collided, causing Floyd’s Jeep to flip and Floyd to be ejected from the vehicle.
Marietta police are still investigating the wreck and charges may be pending. The name of the other driver was not available at the time the Examiner article was written. However, this person was not injured according to the article.
