According to an article on Savannahnow.com, a one-car wreck injured two people on Sunday.
Both occupants of the vehicle, driver Joshua Allen Johnson, 26, and Alicia Vanscooter, 21, had to be extricated from the vehicle by emergency workers.
Per Metro’s Major Accident Investigation Team, investigators report that the 1997 Saturn hit a curb on the south side of the first block of East 63rd Street and then spun into the north side into a residential yard and flipped.
The driver and passenger were transported to Memorial University Medical Center.
The wreck remains under investigation.
We offer our best wishes to Mr. Johnson and Ms. Vanscooter for their full and quick recovery from their injuries.
