This is a question my firm is often asked unfortunately the answer is no, currently under Georgia Workers Compensation Act, there is no pain and suffering benefit that injured workers are entitled too.
As such, the insurance companies will not out of the goodness of their hearts pay for what the law does not require them too. So what benefits are you entitled to under Georgia workers compensation?
