Recorded Statements.

What are they, and why does the insurance adjuster keep hounding you for one after either a car wreck or on the job injury?  Typically, the insurance adjusters know if they catch you shortly after the injury, they stand a good chance of getting to you prior to you speaking with an attorney.  They know if you speak with an attorney, the attorney will likely say do not give a recorded statement.  So it is a race for the insurance company to contact you when you do not know what you should do.  So they are typically aggressive.  So why so aggressive?  They know if they can get a recorded statement you will likely provide information that is not relevant or necessary so they have free shot to find out your social security number, you date of birth, your injuries (which people tend to downplay with little to no medical experience), and possibly they maybe able to prove that the injury was not their insured’s fault.  This could close the claim quickly.  What do you get in exchange?  Listen to our podcast and see.

Testimonials

  • Awesome Lawyer and very helpful!

  • Mr. Wilson is truly a very good person who cares about people. I understand he selected this career but I do know he makes many sacrifices to help he’s clients. I am very grateful to have had him as my attorney and if I ever have to use one again (hopefully not) it will be Mr. Wilson.

  • He worked with me. He told me everything. He called me. He gave me all the information.

  • He will be my family lawyer from now until the end because I can trust him.

  • He's just a great guy.

  • He always calls you right back and even if it's on the weekend - he's going to call you back.
