Hello this is Ty Wilson. I am a Georgia workers’ compensation attorney practicing law in the State of Georgia and our video topic for today is What kind of medical care I can expect from my work injury. Well, a lot depends on if your employer has what is called a posting panel of physicians. There are several different types of posted panel of physicians and we will cover those in other videos. However, that’s not the scope of this video. What you can expect is medical care as it relates to your work injury. If you’re not able to get medical care after providing your employer notice deposition asking them for medical care it’s really important that you reach out to a Georgia workers’ compensation attorney and discuss what your rights are and how you may want to proceed depending upon the extent of your injuries. We hope that you found this helpful and we hope that you’ll come check out our other videos and if you have any questions feel free to give us a call at the number on the screen. Thank you.
