Savannah Car Wreck Lawyer – How Do I Get A Police Officer To Change His Report?

912-208-2992, www.TyWilsonLaw.com Savannah personal injury attorney Ty Wilson discusses how to get police officer to change his report.  This is for information purposes it is ALWAYS recommended that you speak with a Georgia car wreck attorney for specific answers to your specific claim.

Hello. My name is Ty Wilson. I’m a Georgia workers’ car accident attorney practicing law in the State of Georgia.  And our video topic for today is:

How do I get a police officer to change his report?

We get a lot of calls where someone gets the police report they realized because they were injured they were not able to ever give their side of the story.  And when they get the police report, it’s completely different than what they remember occurring as far as the vehicle accident.  In those types of scenarios, you have to reach out to a police officer and explain your side of the story and see if they will make changes or amend the police report.  Sometimes they will, sometimes they won’t.  That usually depends upon the officer.  It can be rather time-consuming trying to get a hold of them but it can be critical also to your claim.

We hope that you’ve found this information helpful.  And we hope that you’ll come check out our other videos. And if have any specific questions, please feel free to give our office a call.  Thank you.
