Atlanta Auto Accident Attorney | Covington Wreck Kills One on I-20

A man from Covington was killed on Tuesday when the vehicle he was a passenger in collided with a tractor trailer on I-20 according to an article in the Rockdale Citizen on www.rockdalecitizen.com.

19-year-old, Michael Dylan Dunn, was pronounced dead at the scene according to the Georgia State Patrol.  The driver of the Acura Integra was a 19-year-old man from Conyers and was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. The tractor trailer driver was not harmed in the accident.

According to the GSP, at this time, it appears that the Acura was driving west on I-20 when the driver lost control and hit the median wall and then crossed over lanes of traffic when it was hit by a tractor trailor heading west in the right lane. Dunn, the passenger who died, was hit by the tractor trailer after being ejected from the Acura.
