Is there a minimum amount that must be paid for pain and suffering when someone is injured in the State of Georgia?

A: Generally speaking pain and suffering is personal but if you were to take a matter to trial it would be the enlighten conscious of an impartial jury of your peers.  Keep in mind pain and suffering is something that people who do not know you are the other party think your injuries are worth.  They typically base their opinion your description of your pain.  My experience has shown that people say I was in a bunch of pain do not usually fair well, whereas people who are descriptive such as I could not get out of bed, or could not lift a gallon of milk, play with my children or more descriptive showing how this was suffering.  Everyone live in some sort of pain and we deal with it.  But not everyone cannot play with their children especially hard working people who are not looking for pain and suffering.
