Should I sign a medical release form from the insurance company in my Atlanta personal injury claim?

A: Generally speaking, you should not sign a medical release form from the insurance company. Often times they are open ended and they can go digging in your past, whether it is related to the car wreck claim or not. If they can find a possible way to associate your injuries to a pre-existing condition, no matter how far of a stretch, you are then working from a position of having to prove to a jury of your peers that their allegations of your pre-existing condition is incorrect.
