Atlanta Motorcyclist Killed by Drunk Driver in Paulding County Wreck

According to an article on WSBTV.com, a 23 year-old man from Dallas, GA, has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide in the first degree, driving under the influence, failure to yield, and open container after an accident that killed an Atlanta motorcyclist in Paulding County.
The motorcyclist, Patrick Sebastian Smith, was killed when the driver of the car turned in font of his motorcycle according to the Georgia State Patrol.
The driver of the car is being held at the Paulding County Jail.
