Atlanta Motorcyclist Killed By DUI Driver

A 24-year-old man, Franky J. Cassidy of Morrow, was killed after an alleged drunk driver hit his motorcycle head-on. The accident occurred on Burbank Trail in Morrow on Saturday.
Police told Channel 2 Action News that the driver, Marvlyn Martin, had a blood-alcohol count of .192 percent, which is more than double the legal limit. Martin has been charged with homicide by vechile, driving under the influence, open container, and other traffic violations.
