Cobb Hit-And-Run Arrest

Update: According to an Atlanta Journal-Constitution article on ajc.com, Cobb County police have arrested two people on connection with the hit-and-run that took the life of a motorcyclist on August 20.
According to the AJC, Brandon Michael Weston of Smyrna and Pamela Kay Rice of Marietta were arrested and charged with 2nd degree vehicular homicide, hit and run, tampering with evidence and other charges according to ajc.com article.
Emanuel R. Mitchell, 31, of Norcross was killed after being hit by two vehicles on I-75 near Windy Hill Road. The second driver, Sonni Smith, had reported to police that a Porsche hit Mitchell's motorcycle first and stated that the driver of the Porsche took off after the incident. Smith will not be charged.
