Decatur Man Trapped When Apartment Walkway Collapses

A Decatur man is recovering from injuries to his leg after it was trapped when a concrete walkway outside of his apartment collapsed. Mr. Kareem Redd had to be rescued by emergency crews.
According to a WSBTV.com, the victim's roommate, Cory Broome stated that he had told the apartment complex management about the cracked walkway.
