DeKalb Officer in Critical Condition After Being Hit on I-20

As reported by WSBTV.com, a veteran Dekalb County police officer, Daniel LaCoste, was still in critical condition on Monday after he was struck by a car on I-20 while investigating a car accident on Panola Road.
Per LaCoste's family members, he has suffered a skull fracture as well as a broken leg.
According to examiner.com, officers charged the driver who hit LaCoste with with improper lane change and driving too fast for conditions per a police spokesperson.
