Gwinnett Car Accident Attorney | One Teen and Another Killed in Wreck

According to an article on ajc.com, a 17-year-old driver and her passenger were killed in a wreck on Webb Gin House Road on Saturday night.
Per the ajc.com article, the teen driver that died was Hope McKenzie, a senior at Grayson High School. Her passenger in the front seat, Austin Rogers, 19, also died. A passenger in the back seat, McKennan Lockridge, 17, was transported in critical condition to a Gwinnett hospital. Another driver, Jeffery M. Watson, 51, from Loganville was also injured and charged with DUI according to the article. The passenger in his car, Kathleen Watson, 49, also from Loganville, was transported to a hospital with injuries that were not life threatening. The other driver, Sharianne Smith, 22, from Grayson, and her passenger sustained only minor injures and were treated at the scene.
Police say that McKenzie sideswiped a car after crossing the center line. Her car, then out of control, hit another vehicle head-on.
An investigation of the wreck continues.
