Missing Motorcyclist Remains Mystery After Crash on Atlanta 1-20

A missing motorcyclist has Atlanta police baffled after an accident on I-20 near Hamilton E. Holmes Drive.
A police spokesperson told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that police located a red Yamaha motorcycle at the scene. The spokeperson stated that apparently three separate vehicles hit the motorcycle. However, the drivers of the vehicles reported that the motorcycle was already laying in the roadway when each struck it.
Police searched the wooded area near the incident for the driver and also searched with a helicopter and K-9 unit to no avail.
Area hospitals have been advised to lookout for patients "with injuries consistent with someone being involved in a motorcycle accident."
